A sweet, fresh pitaya smoothie bowl made with fresh dragonfruit and loaded with toppings.
Ingredients
1/2 dragon fruit, scooped out of outer skin
10-12 ice cubes
1 banana
1/2 C. frozen mango cubes
1/2 C. Greek yogurt
1/2 C. coconut water
1/8 C. raw almonds
agave to taste (optional)
toppings (chopped dragon fruit, bananas, toasted coconut, nuts, seeds, berries)
