Pizza Bianca with Rosemary and Parmesan

A crunchy exterior, chewy interior and a little coarse salt make this Roman pizza a real delight.
Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups warm water
1 packet active dry yeast (2 1/4 tsp or 1/4 oz)
1 tsp table salt
5 TBSP olive oil
1/2 tsp kosher salt
2 TBSP fresh rosemary
2 TBSP fresh grated Parmesan cheese (substitute for vegan cheese if needed)
