Healthy cauliflower pizza crust, easy to make and a healthier version to the original one. Will make you eat pizza twice as often!
Ingredients
Crust:
1 cauliflower
50g almonds
50g sunflower seeds
4 eggs
salt
Tomato sauce:
4 medium tomatoes
1 small onion
2 cloves of garlic
a bushel of basil leaves
salt & pepper
Topping:
125g mozzarella cheese
4 mushrooms
a handful of kale
Garnish:
a handful of fresh spinach leaves
a few left-over basil and arugula leaves
