Poached egg and greens on fusilli

I love this pasta bowl, it is so summery, uncomplicated and fresh. It is full of greens and the yolk forms a delicious sauce mixed in with the pasta.

1 medium onion
120g mushrooms
1/4 cup frozen peas
1/4 cup frozen edamame beans
1 big garlic clove
2 eggs
handful of arugula
small handful of beets micro greens
50g feta
2 tsp fresh thyme
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
fusilli for 2
salt & pepper
