Tangy-sweet fresh cranberry sauce is great as a jam-like spread, topping, filling, glaze. Not just for thanksgiving or Christmas holidays!
Ingredients
12 ounces (340 g) cranberries
2 ½ teaspoons (12 g) orange zest from a 270 g large orange
¼ cup (65 ml) freshly squeeze orange juice from a 270 g large orange
2 tablespoons (30 ml) maple syrup or honey (optional)
Pinch of salt (0.36 g)
White sugar, roughly ½ cup – 1 cup, (115 g – 152 g)
