A warm, comforting breakfast combining the flavors of pumpkin, cinnamon, and chocolate into a hearty baked oatmeal.
Ingredients
3 cups old fashioned oats
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 ½ tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
½ teaspoon salt
2 eggs
2 tablespoons honey, agave, or maple syrup
1 can or 15 oz of pumpkin puree
2 cups milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
⅓ cup chocolate chips
