Ingredients
1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup cashews, soaked in warm water for 1 hour (use just enough water to cover the cashews and drain the water before using)
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
