Ingredients
21 Medjool Dates, pitted
3/4 C Pumpkin Puree
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
14 tsp Ground Ginger
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 C Oat Flour, gluten free or regular
3/4 C Almond Meal or Flour
1/2 C Kasha
3/4 C + 2 Tbs Chopped Pepitas, finely chopped for rolling in.
