Pumpkin Pudding is a delicious and healthy dessert.
Thanks to vanilla, maple syrup and coconut cream it tastes a bit like a caramel. I love to eat it with whipped rice cream and a pinch of cinnamon.
Ingredients
530gr pumpkin puree
200gr coconut cream (cocomas or any other from the can)
1tsp. vanilla extract
¼ tsp. cinnamon
¼ cup/ 60 ml maple syrup
1/3 cup/ 80 ml agave syrup (optional)
2 tsp. agar powder
