3 Cups Rolled Oats
1 Cup Puffed Quinoa (or 1 extra cup of oats)
1 Cup Chopped or Slivered Almonds
1 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
1 Cup Chopped Pecans
1 tsp Cinnamon
½ tsp Nutmeg
½ tsp Ginger
½ tsp ground Cloves
½ Cup Pumpkin Puree
¼ Cup Maple Syrup
¼ Cup Coconut Oil
