Puri with Aloo Raswala (Indian)
Tangy, spicy potato curry with fried Indian bread/puri.
Ingredients
For the puri:
2 cups whole wheat flour
½ teaspoon salt
Water to bind the dough
Oil to deep fry
For the Aloo Rasedar:
2 to 3 potatoes, boiled, peeled and crumbled
1 tomato, chopped
2 green chillies, chopped
Few curry leaves
½ teaspoon jeera/cumin seeds
½ teaspoon mustard seeds
4 to 5 methi/fenugreek seeds
¼ teaspoon hing/asafetida
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 teaspoon Kitchen King Masala/coriander powder/garam masala powder
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons oil
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Lemon wedges
