Quinoa-Asparagus Salad with Balsamic-Tangerine Dressing

Quinoa-Asparagus Salad- so easy and fresh, with a refreshing citrus-y dressing made with balsamic vinegar and tangerine juice. Yum!
Ingredients
1 cup water
½ cup uncooked quinoa, rinsed
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and diagonally cut into 1 inch pieces (about 2 cups)
2 cups spring mix
2 cups arugula (or spinach)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup chopped green onions (about ½ bunch)
½ cup chopped fresh basil
Dressing:
3 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
¼ cup tangerine (or orange) juice
1 teaspoon agave nectar
⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
