1/2 cup corn
3/4 cup black beans
1 tbsp green onion
2 large garlic cloves
1 tbsp diced red pepper
2 tbsp cilantro
1 1/2 tbsp romano cheese
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tbsp flour
2 eggs
salt + pepper
2 tsp hot sauce
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
whole wheat buns
havarti cheese
avocado
