Raspberry Nut Truffles

These Raspberry Nut Truffles are no-bake, easy to make, and contain no extra sugar. They are a true guilt-free dessert!
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups raw cashews
2 tablespoons ground flax seed (I use a coffee grinder to grind whole flax seeds)
10 soft medjool dates, pitted (if not soft, soak in water for 15-20 minutes and drain)
1 cup raspberry preserves
2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
1 bag (10 ounce) vegan chocolate (I use Enjoy Life mini vegan chocolate chips- yum!)
coarse sea salt, for topping
