Healthy Raspberry Rye Muffins, easy, delicious and on the third day as good as on the first!
Ingredients
Dry ingredients:
1 cup wholegrain rye flour
1 cup oat flour
1/2 cup light spelt flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
Wet ingredients:
1 cup coconut milk
2/3 cup agave syrup
1 grated apple
1 cup of raspberries (I used frozen)
2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 eggs
