1 cup of raw buckwheat (soaked overnight)
1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
4 apricots
1 banana (chopped and frozen is better)
80-100 ml almond milk
½ tsp ground cardamom
½ tsp cinnamon
½ vanilla pod, seeds scraped
a handful of chopped pistachios, to garnish (optional)
