A giant glass full of sweet chocolatey goodness for breakfast! And it’s healthy, clean, naturally sweetened, raw, vegan and gluten free. Today’s Raw Chocolate Buckwheat Porridge will make you love mornings (or at least hate them a little less).
Ingredients
1 cup (165g) raw buckwheat groats
1 and 1/2 cup (360g) milk of your choice (or part milk and part water)
8-10 dates (60-70g)
2 tablespoons (20g) flax seeds for extra omega-3 (optional)
2 bananas
2 tablespoons (10g) raw cacao (or cocoa powder)
additional natural sweetener of choice (optional)
