Ingredients
1 zucchini
1 beetroot
4 portobello mushrooms
1/2 cup cashew cheese
1/2 cup pesto
2 tablespoons tamari (or soy sauce)
1 handful fresh basil leaves
sea salt & pepper to taste
For the tomato sauce:
3/4 cup dried tomatoes
1 tomato
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
For the walnut pâté:
1/2 cup walnuts, soaked for 2-4h or overnight
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon tamari (or soy sauce)
a few rosemary leaves (optional)
