Red Pepper Sweet Chilli Sauce

Serves: 1 x 454g (1 lb) jam jar of sauce
A simple red pepper sweet chilli sauce that has so many uses including a topping for veggie burgers, a drizzle for salad wraps and a marinade for tofu. Sweet, smoky and delicious! It’s fat-free, very low in sodium and a good source of Vitamin A & C.
Ingredients
1 red bell pepper
3-4 tsp chilli flakes
3 cloves garlic
a chunk of fresh ginger (about 3 cm)
400g chopped tomatoes
200g caster sugar
50ml apple cider vinegar
a generous pinch smoked paprika
