Ingredients
Red Velvet Cookies
½ beet, peeled and chopped
¼ cup water
1 ½ cups cashews (or any nut such as almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, etc)
1 tbs cocoa powder
2 tsp honey
Cashew Cream Cheese Filling:
½ cup cashews, soaked in water for at least 20 minutes
2 ½ tbs almond milk
1 tbs apple cider vinegar
1 tbs honey
1 tsp coconut oil
¼ tsp vanilla
