A quick and easy salsa that requires minimal chopping and can be customized to desired level of spiciness. Perfect for dipping chips into, topping tacos, burritos, enchiladas, or whatever your heart desires.
Ingredients
3 15 oz cans petite diced tomatoes
2 4 oz cans diced green chile peppers
1/2 4 oz can diced jalapeño peppers (for a mild salsa, add more for a hotter result)
One bunch cilantro (1/3-1/2 cup chopped)
One bunch green onions (1/2 cup chopped)
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper*
