Crust:
½ cup raw hazelnuts
½ cup packed, pitted medjool dates (about 8)
½ tsp cinnamon
pinch of sea salt
Filling:
2 cups raw cashews, soaked for at least 4 hours (overnight is better), drained and rinsed
2/3 cup coconut oil, melted
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
½ cup agave
pinch of sea salt
½ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen, unsweetened)
