Ingredients
1 lb rigatoni pasta
1/4 cup olive oil
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 TBSP tomato paste
2 14.5 ounce cans of diced tomatoes
1 TBSP red pepper flakes
1 tsp basil
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
