4 cups cauliflower (about half a head), chopped into 1-inch florets
2 jalapeños, sliced lengthwise with seeds removed
2 teaspoons curry powder
2 garlic cloves
1/3 cup olive oil (plus 2 tablespoons olive oil for roasting)
1 tablespoon lemon juice (about half a lemon)
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
