This wonderful fall cocktail has the elevated sweetness of roasted pears and the warmth of the slightest hint of ginger, gin and brandy
Ingredients
For Roasted Pears
6 pears, peeled, cut in half (top to bottom), core removed
½ cup water
For Ginger Simple Syrup
6” piece of ginger, cut in to chunks
1 vanilla bean, split in half
1 cup sugar
1 ½ cup water
For Cocktail
1 oz roasted pear puree
1 oz gin
½ oz brandy
½ oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ oz ginger simple syrup
Pinch of ground cardamom
