Roasted radishes are magically transformed in the oven with a little coconut oil, sea salt and fresh chives. If you’ve never roasted radishes before you absolutely need to, they are beyond amazing.
Ingredients
1 large bunch of red radishes, scrubbed and clean well with the greens plucked off
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh chives
sea salt and coarse ground pepper, to taste
