Smashed cauliflower with garlic and cheese, and then roasted. Delicious comfort finger food without the guilt.
Ingredients
1 medium head cauliflower
3 tbsp avocado oil, divided
2 large garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp himalayan pink salt, divided
1/4-1/3 cup any hard cheese, shredded (I used 3 cheese blend)
