Squash:
2 delicata squash
⅔ teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons olive oil
black pepper
Chili Sauce:
⅔ cup Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon sriracha
Cilantro Sauce:
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
½ bunch parsley, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup olive oil
salt, to taste
3 tablespoons pepitas (shelled pumpkin seeds), for topping
