Saffron and Olive Oil Skillet Cornbread

Delicious and super satisfying cornbread with saffron and olive oil

Ingredients

1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 1/4 cup Pastry or All Purpose Flour
1 cup Cornmeal
1/4 Organic or White Sugar
1/4 cup Agave Nectar
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
2/3 cup Apple Sauce
1 cup Almond Milk
1 teaspoon Saffron Threads
1 tablespoon Coconut Oil or additional Olive Oil
