1 cup diced veggies {recommended onions, peppers, mushrooms}
1 cup spinach
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 eggs
1 avocado, sliced
½ cup cherry tomatoes, split
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
