Spinach – 1 bowl/1 bunch (chopped)
Eggs – 3
Onion – 1 big (finely chopped)
Ginger – garlic-1/2 spoon (finely chopped)
Red chillies – 3
Mustard seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
Fenugreek seeds – 1/4 teaspoon
Oil – 2 spoonfuls
Red chilly powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
