Ingredients
¼ cup soy sauce
½ tsp crushed garlic (1 clove)
2 tbs rice vinegar
2 tbs sesame oil
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbs water at room temperature
8 medium carrots
4 tsp sesame seeds for topping (optional)
