Shortcut Homemade Milk (Almond, Coconut, Cashew, Oat, Rice) – great non-dairy milk substitute when you have no time for presoaking nuts or grains.
Ingredients
½ c oat flakes or oat bran
1 banana
½ avocado
½ c mango
½ c milk or choice
½ – 1 tsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp coconut oil
¼ tsp vanilla extract
stevia /date paste (optional)
¾ c raspberries / strawberries
1 c spinach leaves
¼ tsp spirulina powder/matcha powder
