Skinny Buttermilk Ranch Dressing, because I love ranch on everything and would like to save some calories and and add some nutrition.
Ingredients
1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon reduced fat buttermilk
1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon chopped chives
¼ cup plain Mountain High Yoghurt
2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon dried thyme
