1/2 lb. chopped rhubarb (2 cups)
1 cup coconut sugar
2 tablespoons orange juice & 1 tablespoon zest
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup flour
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
pinch salt
