1 1/2 cups (368 grams) warm water
1 package (7 grams) dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon (4 grams) sugar
4 1/2 cups (540 grams) flour
1 teaspoon (5.6 grams) salt
1 egg beaten
Coarse salt
