Ingredients
2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup lukewarm water
1/2 cup room temperature/lukewarm unsweetened non-dairy milk
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 – 3 1/2 cups whole spelt flour
oil or vegan butter for brushing tops (optional)
