Spicy Black Bean Burgers
This recipe was created trying to use up leftover ingredients I had hanging around. Little did I know it was going to become the most popular recipe on my blog, my boyfriend’s absolute favorite meal and a definite crowd-pleaser; receiving rave reviews from vegans and carnivores alike.
2 Cans Black Beans
1/3 Cup Quinoa Flour
1 Clove Garlic, minced
1/3 Cup Minced Onion
1/4 Cup Minced Carrot
1 Jalapeno, minced (include the seeds for spice)
Handful Fresh Cilantro
Approximately 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
Fresh Ground Pepper to Taste
Sea Salt to Taste and then some (you want them to taste a little too salty before they’re cooked)
