A garlicy, tangy hummus using chickpeas, spinach, feta and lemons.
Ingredients
1 15 oz can of chickpeas
4 cups of baby spinach – washed and dried
2 Tbs tahini sauce
3 Tbs fresh lemon juice
¼ cup olive oil
1 large or two medium sized garlic cloves – roughly chopped
⅛ tsp red pepper flakes
8 twists of black pepper
