Ingredients
1 onion, diced
1 spring onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 cup Brussels sprouts, cut in half (about 6 large)
3 cups vegetable broth
2 cups water
1 1/2 cups green cabbage, diced
2 parsnips, sliced
1 cup sweet potato, cubed
1/2 cup broccoli florets, diced
2 cups kale leaves, stalks removed
1 apple, diced
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp ginger, minced
3/4 tsp turmeric
3/4 tsp mustard seed
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp coriander
1/4 tsp salt
