1 pound red potatoes or new potatoes
10 ounces green peas, fresh or frozen and defrosted
2 spring onions or 6 green onions, chopped
1/3 cup chopped fresh dill
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
juice of 1 lemon
