1/2 C flour
1/2 C water
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
Sticky Chipotle Sauce:
1/2 C water
1/4 C tomato paste
1/4 C honey (substitute agave for a vegan version)
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
3/4 tsp chipotle chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp corn starch
