Inspired by Aries season, these Gluten-free and Paleo Strawberry Jelly Donuts will nourish and delight! Made with coconut and oat flours and no refined sugar… this is a donut you can be proud to devour.
Ingredients
Donuts:
4 large eggs, room temp
3 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup non-dairy milk, room temp (I used light coconut milk)
2-3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup oat flour (grind those gluten-free oats!)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
4-5 tbsp+ strawberry jelly/jam
Topping:
3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup ground freeze dried strawberries
