Delicious summer raffaello strawberry and coconut cake. Vegan and gluten-free!
Ingredients
1¼ cups millet groats
2¾ cups oat milk or almond milk
12-15 pieces fresh medjool dates, pitted (subs: ¼ – ½ cup agave syrup)
3 tsp vanilla bourbon extract, or 1 vanilla bean
¾ cup coconut flakes, unsweetened
¼ cup sliced almonds
300 g strawberries
250 g Semper oat digestive biscuits (or any rectangular biscuits, similar to classic Petit Beurre)
