Ingredients
CUSTARD:
¾ cup almond milk
3 whole eggs
⅔ cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup all purpose gluten free flour
¼ cup almond flour
½ teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons coconut oil (for cast iron skillet/pan)
2 cups halved cherry or grape tomatoes
2 cups whole red cherries

¼ cup chopped thyme
