Ingredients
2 small broccoli florets, frozen
1 handful of spinach leaves, fresh
1 tablespoon chopped mint
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
a knob of ginger
1/8 teaspoon spirulina (can be more if you can handle it)
250ml water
half a banana
half an apple
juice of half a lemon
