Ingredients
For the Pesto:
2-3 cups kale
1 tbsp hemp hearts
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp walnut pieces
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
For the Gnocchi:
1 large white sweet potato
1 large regular sweet potato
1 cup whole wheat spelt flour
1/2 cup all purpose flour
Salt and pepper to taste
