A popular Middle Eastern and South Asian flatbread that is stuffed with sweet potato and egg and then pan fried.
Ingredients
Filling:
1 medium sized sweet potato, grated, washed and drained
1 onion, sliced
1 egg
2 tbs oil
salt to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 green chilli, chopped
Handful of chopped coriander
Dough:
1 1/2 cups plain flour
1/2 cup hot water
1/2 cup oil
