Tempeh Bacon and Egg Breakfast Sandwich

A delicious breakfast sandwich made vegetarian with tempeh “bacon!”
Ingredients
olive oil cooking spray
8 oz package tempeh
1/2 cup Bragg’s or coconut liquid aminos (low-sodium soy sauce will also work)
8 pieces sprouted or whole wheat bread (I used Ezekiel brand)
1/2 cup hummus (I used a roasted red pepper flavor)
4 large eggs (cage-free and organic, if possible)
