Ingredients

4 potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 eggs, poached or fried
4 cups chili
1/4 cup cumin cream
1 avocado, diced
1/4 cup red onion, diced
fresh cilantro, chopped
